We often adjust our appointments to make the most of our scheduling efficiency. To guarantee that your preferred technician is assigned to your appointment, kindly mention their name in the "additional comments" section when booking your appointment.
To ensure efficient service and accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly request that you arrive no later than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and provide the attention you deserve.
Any appointment arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period will be automatically cancelled and converted to a walk-in basis, subject to availability.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing occasional delays. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience. While we cannot guarantee your original appointment time, we will make every effort to accommodate you on the same day or provide an alternative slot, subject to availability.
To ensure accurate appointment scheduling, kindly include your nail design service when requesting an appointment. Alternatively, you can inform us via phone call or text message if you wish to add nail design to your appointment. Please note that nail design requests made on the day of your visit, without prior notification, are subject to availability.
